Organic farming product produced in certified local olive groves by the varieties Koroneiki and Athinolia. Its strong scent and its intense sharp after-taste mark out the premature harvest of the unripe but mainly healthy organic olives. During the production of this product we pay absolute respect to the high nutritional and dietary value of the extra virgin olive oil of Laconia.
